How Long Does It Take To Start Construction?

Usually it takes around 3-6 months to get all approvals to start construction. This does depend on the complexity of the new custom home and councils requirements

Our Block Is Not Regular Size Which Doesn't Suit a standard design. Will You  Design To Meet Our Site's requirements?

Of course! We will inspect on site first, then design and build to suit the site and client’s needs.

How Long Will It Take To Build?

Our average build times for single story homes are about 5-7 months, for double storey 7-9 months. However these times are subject to complexity and sizes of the house. As well the weather conditions.

What Are Home Building Site Services?

Power, water, gas etc are services. New estates have all services brought to the boundary of your block.

What Does Turn Key Include?

We love to offer turn key as clients need. You will get the following:

• Timber laminate floating main floor and carpet to bedrooms

• Storm water and pump as per council requirements

• Concrete paths and driveway (including council crossover)

• Clothing line, mail box 

• Fence as clients requirements

• Landscaping grass or plants as clients requirements
